Biography: Cerno Boubacar Diallo is a Fuuta Jalon Pular shopkeeper in the district of Dhirigho in Ziguinchor. He emigrated from Guinea Conakry in the 1970s. Besides his current occupation as a shopkeeper, he is a respected religious leader in the local Fuuta Jalon community of Ziguinchor.
