Biography: Ousmane Dieme was born in the village of Coubanao in the region of Ziguinchor. He is currently an Arabic teacher at Diawara Franco-Arabic School located in the district of Dhirigho, a suburb of the city of Ziguinchor. He has also been running a radio talk show on Islam in Jóola Foñi at the local public radio station in the city of Ziguinchor for over five years.
