The article reports that the municipal council of the Commune of Parcelles Assainies organized a ceremony to rename the street running from school PA 26 to the beginning of cité HLM Grand Médine 'Rue Cheikh Bou Mouhamed Kounta' in honor of the founder of Ndiassane. Present for the occasion were the Qadiriyya Khalif General Mame Bou Mamadou Kounta; religious and customary authorities;community delegates; women and men municipal counsellors and residents of Parcelles Assainies.
